The Professional Parenting Program is a specialized foster care program owned and operated by the Institute. The program provides services to children who experience an array of challenges as a licensed child placing agency. unique foster care program serving children with emotional, cognitive, psychiatric, behavioral and/or medical challenges. Duties include functional assessments, behavior intervention plans, data analysis, skill acquisition, parent training, and crisis management. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of a Master’s degree, training in behavior analysis, eligibility to sit for the board exam and experience working with children and families. BCBA certification highly preferred.
