Ensures that clinical information is shared with other members of the clinical treatment teams. Resolves all issues pertaining to the use of CMHC by staff. reportable incident reports as required. After receiving appropriate training, conducts HCSIS investigations. and where necessary, initiates action to address situations in which clients have not appeared to respond to treatment. Ensures that all clinical data are stored and presented in a manner to facilitate review and use. written report and recommendations in the format requested by the Admissions Department. This will entail both on-campus and off-campus evaluations. Three years experience in a clinical or clinical management role, including at least two years working with children and two years with persons who have PDD/Autism or intellectual disability; residential experience preferred.
